Are your cases true to color?

Our cases are created using high-quality print files. However, due to variations in production and individual screen settings, colours and prints may appear slightly different in person.

We appreciate your understanding that this is beyond our control, and we work closely with our printing partner to ensure every product is quality-checked before it is shipped.

What's the difference between your Protective and Snap cases?

Our designs are created with the specific case style in mind, so each one is paired with the option we feel suits it best. In our Solid Color collection, every colour is available in both protective and snap styles.

The protective cases fully enclose your iPhone and feature a dual-layer construction for added durability. In contrast, snap cases are designed for a slimmer, more minimal look, offering lighter protection. Please note that snap cases do not cover the top and bottom edges of your iPhone.

Some collections are only available in either protective or snap styles, so be sure to check the product details carefully before placing your order.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

All of our cases are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

How do I choose the correct iPhone model?

You can find your device model in Settings → General → About → Model Name. Please ensure you select the correct model before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for the time being, we ship to major markets including United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Due to fulfilment limitations, delivery is not currently available to South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, or Singapore. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect model selection. If you have any problems with your order, feel free to contact us via email or our contact form.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

As orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window and sometimes not possible, if the item is already being fulfilled. If you would like to cancel your order, contact us via email or our contact form, and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your case arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do your cases support wireless charging / MagSafe?

Yes, all of our cases are compatible with wireless charging. MagSafe compatibility is available with our Solid Color: Magsafe cases.

Safety & Compliance

Our products are designed to meet applicable safety and quality standards.

All cases are made using tested materials and comply with relevant EU regulations, including limits for lead, cadmium, mercury, and Hexavalent Chromium.

In accordance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), all products offered are safe for consumer use when used as intended.

Warranty (EU)
A 2-year warranty applies to products sold within the European Union.

Regulatory Notice (California)
This product may expose you to chemicals including Bisphenol A (BPA), known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
