Returns & Refunds

Each item is made to order, created specifically for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect device selection  
• Change of mind  
• Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout  

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number  
• Clear photos of the issue  

If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be modified once production begins. Cancellation requests can be submitted within 1 hour of purchase. We will review each request, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Colour Variation

Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and production processes.
